Adults are ages 19+ Pediatrics are ages 6 months - 18 years.

- Sat. Oct. 6th Lancaster Physicians Office. 8-10am (adults) 10am-12pm pediatrics
- Sat. Oct. 13th Whitefield Physicians Office. 8-10am (adults) 10am-12pm pediatrics
- Sat. Oct. 20th Groveton Physicians Office. 8-10am (adults) 10am-12pm pediatrics
- Fri. Nov. 9th N. Stratford Physicians Office. 1-4pm For all over 6 months
- Sat. Dec. 1 Lancaster Physicians office. 8-10am (adults) & pediatrics 2nd shot only
The cost is $23 per person with Self-Pay Discount. Eligible Medicare B (Medical), Medicare HMO's, NH Medicaid, Harvard Pilgrim, United Healthcare and Anthem members may receive free of charge if insurance card is provided. Un-insured adults will be able to receive their flu shot free of charge as a result of funding through the State of New Hampshire.
