Join us at the Waumbek Golf Course in Jefferson, NH for the WMCA Annual Golf Scramble’s 21st Birthday Celebration and an opportunity to support Weeks Medical Center. Proceeds will be used to purchase ankle arthroscopy equipment for the combined surgical services of Drs. Goolman, Schanlaber and Kamins to perform more minimally-invasive ankle procedures, with less pain, quicker recovery time and less chance of infection. Keeping patients closer to home for these procedures is beneficial to both the patient and their family.
Registration is from 7-7:30 a.m., with tournament instructions at 7:45 a.m. Don’t worry if you are not a seasoned golfer—the game format allows each team member to tee off, then pick the best ball for the whole team to shoot from. No 21st Birthday celebration would be complete without the opportunity to compete in the $100,000 “Shootout:” or buy a “shot” from the pro! Also back this year, is a chance to win $2,500 at the optional putting contest and many more prizes. We hope to see you on the course! Download and fill out your sign up form today.

Five Sun Sponsor: This is our highest level of sponsorship! This level includes media and program advertising, as well as a banner at the tournament displaying your company as the Tournament Sponsor. In addition, your business name will be engraved on a plaque which will hang in the Weeks Medical Center Hospital. This sponsorship also includes your entry fee for a team of four golfers to represent your company and show your support on the course. Contributions of $2500 and up.
Four Sun Sponsor: Want to make a real impact on our fundraising efforts and gain some great exposure for your organization? This level of sponsorship includes media advertising, an 18”X24” hole sponsorship sign for everyone on the course to see, your company name and advertising message in the tournament program, as well as a plaque to commemorate your generous support. Contributions of $500 to $2499.
Three Sun Sponsor: Your generous contribution will put us much closer to our fundraising goal and in turn your company will receive valuable advertising opportunities including a hole sponsorship sign, your name and advertising message in the tournament program, media advertising and a commemorative certificate. Contributions of $250 to $499.
Two Sun Sponsor: Your contribution will not only assist us in our fundraising goal, but your company will receive exposure at the tournament with a hole sponsorship sign and your company name in our Tournament Program. Contributions of $125 to $249.
One Sun Sponsor: This basic sponsorship level includes your company name in the Tournament Program. Contributions of $50 to $124.
