Northwoods Flu Shot Clinic

Northwoods Home Health & Hospice, a division of Weeks Medical Center, will be offering flu shots at the Weeks Medical Center Physicians Office on Middle Street in Lancaster. Flu shot appointments will be on Saturday November 12th form 8m to 10am. You must call 603-788-5095 to schedule your appointment. 

Patients must bring their insurance cards with them to the appointment. For patients without insurance or for those whose medical care coverage does not cover flu shots the Granite State Immunization Program will cover the cost of the flu shot.
