Weeks Medical Center Flu Clinic FOR PATIENTS ONLY

When:	December 5th, 2009 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Where:	Lancaster Physician Office 170 Middle St Lancaster, NH 03584

By Appointment only!! People need to call 788-5095 for an appointment.

The following vaccines will be available only for WEEKS MEDICAL CENTER PATIENTS:

• H1N1 injections will be provided for ages 6 months and older (all adults!)
• Seasonal flu injections will be available for children age 4 years – 18 years old only.
• Due to seasonal vaccine shortage – there is no availability at this time to provide adult seasonal flu vaccine.
• No charge for shots given during this clinic.

“Children younger than 9 years of age getting influenza vaccine for the first time – or who got influenza vaccine for the first time last season but only got one dose – should get 2 doses, at least four weeks apart, to be protected.”
