Northwoods Home Health and Hospice announced that 22 local members of the community have concluded their Hospice training that took place in both Lancaster and Colebrook. These dedicated volunteers will now be able to become part of the Weeks Medical Center Volunteer Program. Hospice Care is provided to terminally ill patients and focuses on comfort rather than cure. The Northwoods Hospice team provides compassionate end of life care, grief support and education of the highest quality to patient, families and the community.
