Events at Weeks Medical Center

New Psychiatric Nurse Practitoner

Linda MacDougall, a certified Family Mental Nurse Practitioner, has recently joined the medical staff at Weeks Medical Center and will be seeing patients who currently have a primary care provider at Weeks. Her services include crisis intervention, short term therapy, and medication management; and areas of special interest are bereavement and reproductive loss as well as autism spectrum disorder.

Linda has a B.S. degree from Russell Sage College and an M.S. from Northeastern University. She also holds a Post Master’s Certificate as a Family Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Southern Maine. Previous to joining Weeks, she was a Family Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Tricounty Mental Health in Lewiston, Maine.

Linda has relocated to Lancaster. Appointments can be made either by referral from your Weeks primary care provider or by calling the appointment desk at 603-788-5095.

Weeks Medical Center is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital that serves the North Country towns of New Hampshire and Vermont. The hospital also provides home health services based in Lancaster and has physician offices in Lancaster, Whitefield and Groveton. Weeks offers 24-hour Emergency Room services; comprehensive rehabilitation services; and has a highly respected Cancer Care department.
