Weeks Medical Center has announced the schedule for their annual 2009 Seasonal Flu Clinics. The first clinic will be held on Saturday, October 10th between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. at the Lancaster Physician Office for individuals 18 and over.
Three flu clinics will be held in the Whitefield office on Wednesday, October 14th for children and adolescents ages 6 months to 18 years and adults 18 years and older; Saturday, October 17th from 8:00 a.m. – 12 p.m. for persons 18 years and older; and Wednesday, October 21st from 4:00 P.m. to 7:00 p.m for children and adolescents ages 6 months to 18 years and adults 18 years and older.
On Saturday, October 24th a flu clinic will be held for adults 18 years and older at the Groveton Physician Office.
The cost is $35 person and $20 with a self-pay discount. Eligible Medicare B (Medical), Medicaid, Harvard Pilgrim, Healthy Kids and Anthem card holders may receive free shots. An ID card confirmation is required.
